Refund policy
We hope you love your UN.EVEN piece from the moment you receive it. Every item is designed and handcrafted in California in small batches or made to order, with carefully selected natural materials that make each piece one of a kind.
If for any reason your purchase isn't right for you, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
To request a return, please email info@uneven.studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email info@uneven.studio with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Repairs
Jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed. If your UN.EVEN piece ever needs repair due to normal wear, we're happy to help whenever possible.
Please contact info@uneven.studio with photos of your piece and a brief description of the repair needed. Repair fees and shipping costs may apply depending on the nature of the repair.
Natural Materials
Our jewelry is made with freshwater pearls and natural gemstones. Variations in shape, color, texture, and size are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
